Ugly Christmas Sweater with Buttons Part 2

It’s that time of the year again! Christmas parties are in full swing and the competition for ugliest christmas sweater is fierce!

This year I decided to finally participate in all the fun and make one of my own. We have so many fun products that would be perfect for a quirky sweater. We have everything from snowflakes to Santa’s, to wreaths, and even milk and cookies! Just search “Christmas” in our search box on our website Buttons.com and you’ll find a treasure chest of cuteness to pick from.

I got my pullover sweater at Target…it had a fun native print along the neckline that would be perfect to line with tinsel trim. Since the sweater is light in color, I thought it would be really cute to make a Rudolph face- we have the perfect big red button to use for his nose! I used one of the large red buttons from our Favorite Findings Big Christmas pack.

You can also use the large red button from out value pack- Christmas Mix, where we have a mixture of other fun Christmas shapes and colors. Big Chrsitmas

I used felt to make shapes for Rudolph’s face..I think the simpler the shape, the cuter! The tinsel was found at a local craft shop. His eyes were used from our Tuxedo Value Pack.

Our wooden christmas buttons are so beautiful and perfect for craft projects. I used the red and green snowflakes, which can be found at your local Joann Fabrics store.
